I stopped by just to get some information unfortunately there was no person there, but I was able to use the kiosk and talk to someone via FaceTime. She gave me all the information I needed. Looked at all up online came back. Did a one-on-one with Cory. She was amazing answered all my questions showed me all of the units I needed to see. I asked her about the rental trucks. She went over that in detail. Great experience. I downloaded the app was able to access no issues. The whole process is pretty seamless.

I don’t write reviews often, but the amazing customer service I received from Janet deserves one! I had called other storage companies and didn’t have a good experience. Janet really took the time to listen to my situation and explain what size unit would work best with what I needed to store. She was very kind, helpful and informative. Outstanding customer service is a rarity, but Janet checked all the boxes. I will definitely be using Summit View.
