• I don’t normally write reviews like this, but every once in a while you come across someone who is so exceptional at what they do that they deserve to be recognized. Claire at Daffodil Storage is that person. From the very beginning, Claire has been absolutely incredible. She is friendly, professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another unit number or another monthly payment — she treats you like an actual person. What really stands out is that Claire seems to understand something that a lot of businesses have forgotten: great customer service isn’t just solving problems; it’s how you make people feel while you’re doing it. She remembers people, communicates clearly, follows through, and somehow manages to make something as ordinary as renting a storage unit a genuinely pleasant experience. The facility itself has been great, but Claire is what turns Daffodil Storage from simply a place I rent space from into a business I would confidently recommend to anyone. Good employees do their jobs. Great employees make customers want to come back. Exceptional employees make customers take time out of their day to write a review like this. Claire is exceptional. • Gotta store was super safe and secure place to store. Prices are good. If your doing your homework you know there is many spots not so safe. Mark this one as a protected spot. Will definitely use them again if I need it.

• This storage business makes it very easy to rent and to store. Having everything automated makes it easy for someone who may not physically be able to come to the business to sign paperwork. Everything is pretty seamless and the premises are very clean and organized. Exceptional service.

• Keau is amazing. Very knowledgeable and efficient. This was the easiest interaction with a storage facility ever. She deserves a raise. Keau is attentive, honest, friendly, well informed and personable. I recommend this Ranier storage especially as long as she is working. • Tanner at the Lakeland Hills location is the hands down most kind and professional individual I’ve met in a long while! I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I was nervous, but Tanner was kind enough to walk me through multiple units to make sure I was renting the correct unit for my move!

• If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After a long move from Texas to Washington, tired was an understatement. Add in a travel trailer, two previous failed attempts at getting it backed into storage spaces, and my apparently very average trailer-backing skills, and you can imagine where my patience and energy levels were by the time we arrived at Gotta Store It in Puyallup. Then we met the site manager, and the entire experience changed. She was, without exaggeration, one of the kindest, most patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful people we encountered throughout our move. She didn’t just hear our situation; she listened. She took the time to understand what we needed, what had already gone wrong, and what kind of space would actually work for our travel trailer. After I failed to get the trailer into two previous spots, she could see that I was getting tired and frustrated. Instead of making us feel rushed, embarrassed, or like we were creating a problem, she started thinking through solutions. She considered the size of the trailer, the approach, the angles, the surrounding space, and what would realistically make parking easier for us. She ultimately helped get us into the right spot, and that level of effort meant more to us than she probably realizes. What really stood out was her attitude throughout the entire process. There was never a moment where we felt like an inconvenience. She genuinely seemed determined to help us find a solution. That was especially meaningful because it was the complete opposite of the experience we had with the first storage facility we reserved through another company. The difference in customer service was night and day. Gotta Store It turned what had become one of the most frustrating parts of our move into one of the best customer-service experiences we’ve had. And the exceptional service didn’t stop once we found a space. She made sure everything was completely ready to go and then walked us through the rental agreement line by line. She didn’t rush through anything or assume we understood it. She explained the safety procedures, gate access and hours, facility expectations, and even what to do if we somehow managed to get ourselves locked inside after gate hours. By the time we left, there were no unanswered questions. The facility itself was also extremely clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. You can tell immediately that someone takes pride in maintaining the property and creating a place where customers feel comfortable leaving their belongings, vehicles, and trailers. But ultimately, people are what make businesses memorable. We had just driven from Texas. We were exhausted. I was frustrated with myself after discovering that professional travel-trailer backing apparently wasn’t one of my hidden talents. She could have simply pointed us toward a space, handed us paperwork, and considered her job done. She didn’t. She showed patience. She showed empathy. She problem-solved. She listened. And most importantly, she treated us like people rather than another rental. That kind of customer service is increasingly rare, and it deserves to be recognized. To the management and ownership of Gotta Store It in Puyallup: you have an exceptional person representing your business. Employees who care this much about customers are an asset that cannot easily be taught or replaced. And to the site manager who helped us: thank you. After a very long journey from Texas and an exhausting day, your kindness made a much bigger difference than you probably knew. If you’re looking for storage in the Puyallup area, especially somewhere to store an RV or travel trailer, I cannot recommend Gotta Store It highly enough. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.
