Good price, clean, well maintained. A cart was right inside the door which was nice, but had we known we didn’t have to wait until office hours to get a cart, we could have gotten a much earlier start. Parking for the interior spaces is challenging as there are no-parking signs near the doors. The doors have a threshold that isn’t flat so the carts have to be pushed hard to cross the threshold and the jolt makes items on the cart bounce off. A second person is needed to get thru the door without incident. I also found it inconvenient to have the key pad for the entry & exit gate on the psgr side. Having to get out of the truck and walk around to enter the code was annoying, twice, especially in the rain. ETA: We should have asked about the carts instead of assuming they were kept in the office as in our previous facility. Not meant to be a criticism of the business.

I upgraded my unit and the process was quick. The only frustrating part is when I called I thought I was speaking with a rep at the storage place but was informed that it’s the call center and the information given by the call center is not accurate. The receptionist at the storage center was helpful and explained the actual process.
