We actually spent time considering just downsizing our unit and they were very accommodating in regards to showing up and showing us what options they had available, and in person tours of units that could fit our needs with an easy transition to. All in all, excellent staff, secure storing, and the location for me personally was great.

My one MAJOR concern was, why should I need to pay (again) for the administration fee, if I have already paid that and I have been a loyal customer for 18+ months already. That was very frustrating. If she had not waived that fee, I was set to move my things to another storage company. Kudos to her for problem solving and keeping a great customer!
